There is radial head undisplaced hairline fracture in elbow. Conservative management only. Fracture will heal in 4-6 weeks. Till then use elbow brace (tynor or vissco company) for support. Pain killers sos if required. Rest is very important for proper healing. No heavy weight lifting or driving or overactivity with your right upper limb.
Next Steps
Get repeat xray after 4 weeks to check for healing

Based on your X-ray and symptoms, this appears to be a Radial Head Fracture – Type I, which is a stable, non-displaced fracture this type of injury commonly causes pain during forearm rotation rather than on direct pressure. Surgery is usually not required, and recovery is managed conservatively. A sling can be used for comfort for about 7–10 days, but prolonged immobilization should be avoided gentle elbow movement should be started early within pain limits to prevent stiffness most patients recover well within 4–6 weeks with near-normal elbow function.
