Dear Practo User,
I am glad you have insight to your problem and are ready to seek help for the same. Every time you are about to get angry, just withdraw yourself from the situation. Engage in activities that will help you to calm down. For example: listen to some music, drink some water or engage in some physical exercise. Once you calm down, reflect on what made you angry and try working on the same. If necessary, speak to a counselor who will help you to identify the root of your anger and help you to work on it.
