Teenage Urge Incontinence
I am a 16 year old female who will be turning l7 soon and still suffer with both daytime and night time incontinence. I have been seeing a urologist for years now and have had multiple tests (ultrasounds), medications (lyrinol, solifenacin,desmotabs/desmomelts ect.) exercises and pieces of equipment (bizzers, vibrating watches) to help me. I am going for a check up soon and my recent medication hasn't helped and i am actually getting worse. Are there any other solutions (surgical or not) that i I should bring up at my check up? I need to get this sorted as it has really effected my mental health and is making me very down.

First of all don't stay disturbed from this. Because it also accelerate from psychogenic causes. Get rid of your thoughts roving on this matter. There are some steps I'll guide you on : 1. Get yourself indulged in anything else to make you avoided from this issue. And do some de-stressing activity. 2. Do the kegel's exercise. It is that when you go for urination, just stop for 1-2 seconds in between and restart. Do this at least 3 times in one sitting. And gradually increase the seconds, because you can't hold it for a longer time at just starting. 3. After urination complete press by two fingers between the perineum: the area between the vagina & anus, to evacuate the remaining amount of urine to avoid incontinence. Do practice these 3 things for at least 10 days.
