Any family history of tuberculosis??? Or your exposure with TB patient ??

TB gold positive does not always means that you have activity tuberculosis...it just means you have been exposed to mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria.

It's not reliable to start anti tubercular drugs. If clinical symptoms are there, then might start treatment but only under physical supervision of doctor.
