TB hold test positive

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am female 22 years of age. I had the TB gold blood test done along with ESR. The Tb test results were positive. And ESR was 12. After 4 days again i had a few tests done and this time blood ESR level was 27. Why is the discrepancy there? Also i suffered primary complex at the age of 6.
