Take a nutritionist opinion. Having egg a day is good if ethnically feasible. Alternative is to cook your own food. Have lots of fruits, drink water, have sprouts, exercise and sleep adequately

Please dont start any medication on your own..you need to check your vitamin levels before starting a medicine. Dont skip the meal if possible because it can lead to many consequences. Stay healthy. Consult anyone here and discuss the history in detail

Black circles around eyes are usually due to decreased sleep. For vitamins take one egg daily if possible.
