Do not increase the dose of medications by yourself. If you increase the medications for yourself, the doctor may not be able to comment on the harmful nature of the medication on your baby

Thank you for your query. You don't need to worry. Olanzapine is considered relatively safe in pregnancy. However, avoid increasing dose without proper psychiatric consultation. Visit your treating doctor for proper management. Best wishes.

Hi, 1. Don't increase the dose on your own. 2. Ask about the side effects of medicine from your doctor. 3. You may try consulting a licensed psychologist/ psychotherapist. Having difficulty in sleep could be because of some psychological/ emotional reason. Resolving that would help you in the long term. Also, you may try basic sleep hygiene along with your medications. Hope this helps.
