Hello, in early pregnancy   there are many hormonal  changes in body so you can feel nausea, vomiting, frequency of urine, loss of epitite, tiredness. If you want to continue your pregnancy you have to  confirm by pregnancy test in urine and beta hcg test in blood, and then ultrasound to confirm the location of pregnancy  that uterine or extrauterine.
