No symptoms, nothing. Is everything fine? Should i get it checked? Also i feel very fatigue from yesterday at night after work and today i am feeling as if i am going to have fever and cold. You need not worry for placenta position at 13 weeks. There are different symptoms for different trimesters of pregnancy..... If you are feeling fatigued...take rest.....and if you have fever consultant your doctor for further medication
