Symptoms of migraine is evident

Asked for Female, 20 Years

For consecutive two days I had severe headache, nausea, fever chills, instant heating up of body and very sensitive to light. As this falls during my period, I had severe backpain as well. On the second day, as I took 2 vasograin pills after which my headache was healed. But other symptoms still continues. What is my problem?
