Swollen lumps on neck
I have swollen lumps on both aide of neck. They are painful on touch otherwise they are not painful. They both have redness and tenderness. And in one of them pus drained pale yellowish watery liquid. For now I am putting a warm water compress on both of them and massaging them with oil. Is there any medicine to treat this. Please suggest.

The pus is to be drained out completely with reporting of the pus:- Culture & sensitivity as well as AFB staining.
An empirical antibiotics is to be started, to start with Amoxicillin-Clavunate, an NSAID & a PPI alongwith.
