Lump in underarm
My dad got a lump in underarm few months ago it was small but few days ago dad pressed it and it had swollen I had attached the image and doctor had given antibiotics ceftum 500, clindamycin 300 and zerodol sp and told us to wait for 5 days. What is it and what to do next?

Go to a surgeon. Inflamed Lymph node/Cyst Should undergo surgery - incision and drainage if no relief from antibiotics in 3-4 days. Remove all surrounding hairs.
