My husband had swollen behind ear without pain, 5 months back he has ear infection also but no medication was taken.

He seems to be having post auricular lymph node enlargement which usually occurs secondary to ear infections and infections of the scalp. If swelling is more than 1cm in size then fine needle aspiration cytology of the swelling is necessary to confirm the diagnosis
