Swollen area near left upper thigh

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Yesterday morning when I woke up i realised that i'm having pain near the area where left upper thigh and vagina meets. Also i've sore red bump sort of thing on my left thigh(behind), bump is not very painful but the swollen area is. What should I do?
