Swelling near left breast

There is a small black point near my mother's left breast at first it was not painful now since two days there is a swelling n it's painful too .consulted a doctor but for the second opinion here I am attaching the prescription too... kindly help

Its required physical examination so Now just take medicine prescribed by doctor and I checked that prescription that it's all medicine are ok nothing to change... Just go with that medicine and if can't relief then consult same doctor again they will guide you..
