Small hard swellings down the right side of my neck next to trachea. They feel as though they may be attached to vain or muscular tissue. I noticed the nodule several months ago but recently spread and noticeable when swallowing. I have also been experiencing intermittent vertigo and a slight tightness in the right side of my chest.
