I have a small lump on the right side of my neck (cervical area) for about 6 months. It started around 1 cm and now feels about 1.5 cm. It is painless, slightly firm, and movable under the skin. I haven’t had any symptoms like fever, weight loss, or night sweats. I do have ongoing scalp issues—lice infestation and scalp psoriasis. I wanted to get this checked and see if it needs evaluation like an ultrasound.

Better get an USG neck evaluation done. If there are no specific symptoms then dont worry . Also get a proper neck examination to rule out presence of other swellings if any
