Swelling in my underarms

I have been facing in my underarms since a few days and now There are big bumps in my underarms and it is hurting a lot. I am unable to move my arms too. The swollen bumps are getting harder day by day. There are 3 bumps. It started to hurt after my waxing session , that time it was just hurting and now I can see bumps.
