My husband has got swelling feet with red bumpy rashes on his right feet,he had antibiotics and some cream for his rash,but no improvement it's still increasing and spreading to his feet, can you please help us,we thought it's dermatology problem but when we enquired skin specialist they suggested us to contact general physician, what's the root cause for his rash

At this stage your husband required detail work up and investigation,to look out for something serious illness related to kidne and heart,which might causes the bilateral lower limb swelling
I could consult better if could have a look at the rash. May I know his age and any other illness such as diabetes hypertension if present. Any predisposing factor that could’ve started this?
