After 2 months again I personally done usg of neck , then conclusion was a small hypoechoic lession 8 mm × 5 mm is chronic inflamatory lession is back of neck . I have also done routine test of blood TC , DC, total cholesterol, sugar, LFT all are permisible limits in the report . There is no symtoms of fever, loss of appetite, night sweating etc . Even this swelling is not hampering in my day to day activities also . No past history of tuberculosis and sugar , there is no other swelling in the bodies . Please conclude whether it is anything serious. I am much anxious because of it is painless. I am attaching current picture of nape of neck & usg reports

Hey hi Looking your history and investigations. Your swelling doesn't seem any significant.. It's less than 1 cm.. So No worry.. Do u have any dandruff, any ear infection..check any other swelling like this in the body.. Rule out local cause than systemic signs of fever, weight loss and all.. From my side I feel ,No worry
Next Steps
Keep observing Any increase in size, any changes in the skin colour, redness ,any discharge ,any pain then immediately consult ..Otherwise enjoy ur life..Forget about this swelling
