Unknown brown spots on the soft palate.
For a few days, I am able to see these few brown spots on the soft palate, but do not know the exact reason for these. I used to smoke mildly but have left smoking completely. The spots are not painful and I do not have any other symptoms for the same. Kindly let me know the possible causes behind this.

There is discoloration of palate n tongue because of smoking. There is nothing to worry about. Stop smoking

These are just small blood vessels with few melanotic patches … no need for any treatment .
