Swelling and pain in lips and cheek

Asked for Male, 11 Years

My son is 11 years old. He scratched pimple near his lips...then next day there was swelling near pimple when he woke up...it is increasing day by day....swelling area is red and hard.....major influence on lips and left cheek....no pain in teeth.. Taking...Amoxicillin and Diclofenac....but no reduction in swelling...

Give antihistamine tablets like tab Aterex 25 1-0-1 or Allegra 120 1/day. Instead of diclofenac give Tab Signoflam 1/2-0-1/2.
