Baby acne in my 11 months old son
My 11-month-old son has baby acne in both cheeks. I have applied so many homemade remedies on cheeks like alovera gel boroplus but it's not useful Please suggest some medicine or ointment for the baby so that it can be cured easily .I am attaching his cheeks images along with.

Don't worry. These r not acne, these are milia ( sweat based bumps) , these r Commonly seen in kids during summers. U can apply calamine based cream or lotion over the area twice daily. And clean his face with regular cold water and clean cotton cloth.
