Hi, Am having swelling above knee and pain in thighs for the past 20 days took several tablets and hot compressions but didnt work. please suggest what may be the reasons and next steps to be done.

Hello....... It could have several causes like weakness, bone resorption, viral infection etc.. Symtomatic treatment won't help unless you know the cause of pain.. Blood investigation and x ray of leg helps in diagnosis... Consult orthopedic surgeon in nearest hospital.
