My baby is 6month old, I have brought dhootapapeshwar maha swarna yog tablet, I don't want to give it with honey and ghee, can I give it with breastmilk? Also, one tablet a month is sufficient or should be given daily.

Yes, it can be mixed with expressed breastmilk in a small amount. While the traditional Anupan is honey + ghee (for its Yogavahi and balancing properties), breastmilk is acceptable especially for infants, as it is safest and natural for them.
