It is available in different names like Swarnabindu, Swarnaprashana, Hiranya prashana etc all these contains gold ash as a main ingredient which is mixed with medicated ghee and honey. Baby has to swallow it on the day of Pushya nakshatra to improve the immunity as well as intellectual power .
