Suspecting Cancer
RBC below 3 L 10*/mm3 and WBC below 2 L 10*/mm3, hemoglobin 4.2 L g/dl and platelets 70,000 and bilirubin at 2.2. and 2 unit of blood transfused yesterday. I am not on bed rest moving normally with weakness. Dr suspecting Cancer. Hepatitis -ve. No H/o fever/cough/bleeding/diabetes, HIV -ve, Problem persist since 2 wks ONLY otherwise I was healthy.

You have pancytopenia with jaundice. This could be haematological or non haematological issues. You need work up. Consult a haematologist or general physician then if necessary gastroenterologist also.
