Dear sir I am a banker suffering from Diabetes from last three years and was previously taking galvas met -1000 mow tablet but the doctor had changed it and given eternex m-1000 mg and currently I am in training in new Delhi and staying in hotel where had been feeling nauseated and dehydrated since yesterday with my bowel movement also not correct had measured my fasting blood sugar in the morning and it was 235 and right now it is 215 please advise what to do as I had to stay here for some more days

Your blood sugars are too high. You need to consult an endocrinologist or physician for appropriate assessment and change in your prescription. Drink lot of water and stay well hydrated.
