Prediabetes is a reversible condition. If one does not eat healthy and exercise, only then there is 15% annual chance of progression to diabetes.
If you eat healthy( avoid sweets, packed juices, refined foods such as bread) and exercise 30 min ( cardio +\~ weight) at least 30 min daily 5 days a week , it is possible to reverse prediabetes as well as slow its progression to diabetes.

It’s not like that. Pre diabetes means ur blood sugar is in pre diabetic phase which can go back to normal or can go to diabetes range. Do regular exercise and dietary modification
