Hi, Hope you are doing well. I understand your concerns Post meal sugars are in the pre diabetic range. Now that is not something you have to be really worried about. Definitely, a stricter diet and an exercise plan can lower these numbers. Don't panic
Next Steps
I would suggest you do a lipid profile, TSH, fasting sugars and BP checked. Do check your weight too- morning weight before any meal and after passing motions.

Cut down on starchy food, reduce the quantity of rice/roti's. increase your intake of vegetables do stop deep fried food, fast food and calories dense food- like burgers, pizza, chocolates etc. you can always consult if you want to discuss this with me take care

HbA1c could come normal if there are episode of highs and lows , Random 180 is hyperglycemia, hypothyroidism also could affect sugar level

Not diabetic Just do some lifestyle modifications Daily 30 Minutes brisk walking Cut down sugar and sugary food items/bakery items/sweets You'll be fine in no time Get repeat HbA1c done after 2 months No need to monitor random sugar levels as it fluctuates with meals and day time

Pre diabetes. Brisk walk 30 minutes per day. It is 100 percent reversible with regular walk and exercises.
