Suggestion for relief from fever & cough

Dear Sravan, We consulted you on 19th Feb for my son (Yuva)’s treatment for fever. We have few queries, please suggest. 1. Do we need to give prescribed fever syrup for every 6 hrs or only If temparature cross 100 degree. Please suggest. 2. Any specific precautions to get relief from Cough apart from prescribed cough syrup, As it is not controlled. 3. Suggest any specific healthy diet, as my son is not having food after fever
