Suffering undiagnosed bipolar disorder
I have been experiencing anxiety, instant mood swings n restlessness with constant lack of energy. I have suicidal thoughts at my low moments n I feel like quitting things. I prefer isolation n have become intolerant to small things. Low self esteem and dual thoughts.

First of all u have to calm down yourself.u are suffering from a disease just like any other physical disease.Dont panic,dont worry too much .it is totally in you how to deal with it.u have to believe in your self that you have the confidence to deal with the disease.Consult with psychologist for Counselling sessions. If needed psychiatrist help also u can take.
