I have lack of energy. Interrupted sleep. Mental health condition is not good. Always scared and fatigue feeling.Nothing seems to me good.Despite of taking medicine I couldn't find myself 100 percent better.
Panic disorder is very severe and painful. So how can I get my mental health improved and lead my life comparitively better.
