Due to one negative incident happened to me, i got panic and started worrying excessively and i was extremely fearful regarding maybe i am going to suffer huge loss in future. As a result it affected me negatively. Now i am unable to feel happiness, can't laugh at jokes openly, difficult to concentrate at my job; it feels like i want to avoid my work. Absolutely zero motivation, excitement and enthusiasm toward my future goals; now i don't feel any sense or find meaning to achieve my future goals. Lack of self love and romance. Limited feelings and enjoyement while listening to favourite songs. Lack of sex drive.
Not able to participate in my life completely even i force myself to engage in life and work completely, but still i can't. It feels like mental and emotional blockages, while trying to focus on work and engage with family. Feeling hopeless. No sense of future. Frustated and irritated why i am not feeling normal, happy as i was previously.
