So there can be many reasons for one to be negative or pessimistic. When we are checked for everything in our childhood we can develop lack of decision making capacity which in turn creates confusion and negativity. Your own learning from your past experiences. Your intrinsic behavior and few other reasons. Start with small attitude change. Acknowledge them this will intact hope and slowly you will develop positive attitude towards situations and people.
