Norflox-TZ should be avoided during lactation. Since most of the times loose motions is due to viral infections,in such case antibiotics won't be required.Need detailed history to rule out other causes.
Next Steps
Take ORS and drink 2-3 litres water per day, Tab CYCLOPAM 1-0-1 for pain abdomen, Cap VELGUT 1-0-1 for 5 days

Cephalosporin is better for use by lactating mother. But for a short duration (2-3 days) , Norflox can also be used.

Off course she can. Focus more on hydration, make sure she drinks lots of fluids specially ORS. Also she should consult a doctor in person if above symptoms persist.
