Hi, my suffered from fissure in the month of Feb this year. It got cured in a weeks time. He again got fissure around 16th May but still suffering. Blood has stopped coming but the first stool in a very less quantity is still hard. He is having only fibre food lots of water walking regularly and applying cream escot 6 times a day. He is also taking hot water bath. The hard stool comes in a very little quantity followed by loose stools causing severe pain. The pain reduces by the end of the day. Please a suggest
