The root cause of fissure is the hard stools, constipation. When that is treated the fissure will heal too. Homoeopathic medicines have excellent result in cases of fissure in ano. 1. Increase the water intake to 3 litres per day. 2. Avoid spicy food at all costs. 3. Take a glass of warm milk with one tspn ghee in it at night. 4. Walk for 30 minutes per day. 5. Stop taking any iron supplements if you are consuming any as it can be the cause of constipation. Contact my clinic for further queries regarding this matter or treatment options.
