Suffering from depression

I am suffering from depression from previous more than 30 days and i am having medicine etizolm escitalopram from almost 30 days but still i feel headache pressure in ma head after every evening. How much it time it will take me to be normal again because i can't concentrate on my work i got frightened even by a single cough or little pain in some body part can anyone please help

When you are suffering so much, already 30 days are over, why are you not consulting your psychiatrist who prescribed you escitalopram? You might need optimization of meds for now, than non-pharmacological measures, which might work later.
