I exactly don’t know how to explain u my problem
Bz its very difficult for me to explain wht exactly I am going through ...from last 6 months I am suffering from panic attacks
When I get my panic attacks I get uncouncious for 3-4 hours accompanied by breathing problem,heavy chest,choking,I feel like I have no energy left in my body Nd den it takes 3-4 days for me to recover...it’s becoming very difficult for me to even get up from my bed ...I m a career oriented girl,but due to my panic attacks I am u unable to attend Clg as well
I get major suicidal thought
I even tried for couple of times but I failed
I want to get out from this phase of my life

For many individuals counselling and guidance is required then and there. Kindly choose a psychologist for yourself. Get counselling and come out of your problems. Do not prolong it.
