Suffering from cervical lordosis pinched

Asked for Male, 41 Years

I am working while working on computer. i get pain in spine, neck area also get tingling in knee legs & finger .my doctor informed me if you have such condition you have to take completely rest atleast for 15 days . I want to know if i continue doing job without taking any leave will there be any harm or chance of gettng my condition more critical
