Suffering from a ear n throat pain.

Two months before I m suffering from ear pain and some blood is coming in my eight ear with some instinct fluid however taken medicine suggested by ent doctor n fine that time but 10 days before suddenly my throat paining n ear too so again I consult to ent doctor and done ct of neck,pns and temporal bone and found below observation, Neck-bilateral reactive cervical nodes HRCT of temporal bones • Minimal soft tissue attenuation is seen in right mastoid antrum and mastoid air cells slo mastoiditis. Pns plain :Minimal Mucosal thickening is seen in left maxillary sinus. • Deviation of nasal septum towards left side is seen. So now doctor suggested me to below surgery: septoplasty and turbinectomy FESS Bilateral cauterization : turbinate submucosal with excision concha bullosa So please anyone can suggest me to what should I do in this case as I'm afraid to do the surgery at 28 years old , please help me to find the proper wat to out of this issue.
