Suffering frkm thypoid fever

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Dear Sir/mam, I'm male 28 getting thypoid every year but this year IAM getting fever from past 6 months. I'm using atibotics like monocef200,calvam 625 mg, monocef injections, zenflox 200mg, paractimal monocef 600 mg. But every time I use this above atiboctics from doctor but after 1 month getting fever back . Same this happing from 6 months. Now, my thypoid report is s.thypi O- 1:160 dilution & H- 1:80 dilution. And no problem in CBP & thyroid,urine,jaundice all are normal Negative. Pls suggest a valid medicine or treatment to go further .thanks in advance
