About thypoid fever. Less than 100 ,

Im 25yrs male 1mnth back got thypoid fever widal o:160,h1:80,taken oral antiboitics for 5 days not control fever so injection IV is taken for 5 days then fever reduced ,after 16 days one day eaten mushrooms prepared at home and eaten out side idly then for 2 days body heat temp 99-994evening it reduced to normal ,on third day pain in right lower abdomen ,taken ultrasound in it no stones,no free fluid ,no hard bowel ,widal same titres wbc 13200,hb 14.9%,all are normal doctor given me doxt-xl, metrogyl 400,meftal spas,used for 2 days,day before  yesterday I'm feeling light inconvenience of right side abdomen ,went to gastroentrologiat doctor yesterday I had no pain ,I am having slight pain sometimes he told me that if it appendix it may sometimes cure with antiboitics,if it is severe then we do ct scan ,he given doxt-xl,fastclav antiboitics,metrogyl for 7 days ,I'm having less digestion ,what is the problem it is due to thypoid or not ,from 3days temp is 98.8 -998 less than 100 ,
