My mother is suffering from psychosis and is under medicatio from past week.
I am still not seeing any signs of improvement

For effectiveness of any medication for psychosis, it is necessary to wait for a period of 4-6 weeks. These medications take time to act.
Some of the symptoms might resolve fast, like sleep disturbance. But other psychotic symptoms take time to resolve.
So keep faith in your doctor.
