I was under iui treatment last month, suddenly I gained 3kgs and this month the doctor suggested trying a natural pregnancy now i gained 2kgs.
Unable to figure out the reason. I was completely happy not yet stressed and didn't take heavy meals too. Please let me know what it might be.

Gaining weight is not always related to happiness or sadness or stress or eating too many calories or too few calories. A well balanced home based diet with less carbohydrates always helps to reduce weight to a substantial amount. Some medications or wrong food habits irrespective of too many or too little calories or being vegetarian and eating too many carbohydrates may cause weight gain. I think we should connect to discuss it.
Let's connect to discuss in detail...
