From last month I am experiencing pain in my left shoulder...mainly during sleeping at night ...and it is not constant and no swollen ..it happens at sudden ...and I am also not able to rotate my shoulder freely at backward side ...it gives pain when I take it back ...I am also a patient of diabetes..I don't know why this is happening...is it due to diabetes..or something else .
