I was diagnosed with fibroadenoma 10 months back (biopsy was done) . It was not at all painful at any time. But now suddenly from the past 2-3 days I am having sharp sudden throbbing pain . It lasts for around 60-90 seconds what could be the reason and what should I do next

Usually treatment plan for Fibroadenoma is excision unless it is small .If the fibrodenoma is large and causing Pain then it need to be excised . Visit a general surgeon for further management.
