Fibroadenoma
Hey I want to confirm that the treatment of fibroadenoma is there only treatment is surgery no medicines to treat it bcoz my size is small 1 cm and 1.5 cm in my left breast these are two bt doctor said no treatment are there only surgery is the option so please tell can yoga cure it or any ayurvedic or home remedies bcoz I don't want to go for surgery as my age is 23 or please also tell is this cancer or not

Yoga will not help in fibroadenomas.
Surgery is the only option.
Since the size is small you can avoid surgery. If they increase in size or become painful, go for surgery. The scar is barely visible, so don't worry about it.

If the size is small & there is no pain, then you should not opt for surgery.
Fibroadenomas are benign tumour and will not cause any serious complication in future. They usually disappear with age as you grow old and if not will remain as they are.
There's no specific medicine for instant disappearance of the lesions.
