Sudden high pressure
Sudden dizziness was observed, and BP found 157/98, Low sugar 95 PP.
No ongoing disease or medication.
BP was checked 2 months back as a routine checkup and was normal (125/70), Pressure and Sugar used to on lower side always.
Local doc started with Telma-40 twice daily, Reduced BP after dose but increases again after 10-12 hrs.
Please suggest diagnosis and possible issue.
