Sudden chills with shivering and fever
Mother is feeling sudden shivering with feeling cold along with mild stomach pain and sometimes pain in urination are these symptoms of common cold or something else.
Please help and what medicine should we give her in such situation for immediate relief.

It's urinary tract infection does she have Diabetes ,do her urine analysis but u can give her fosfomycin 3 gm sachet in one dose and urinary alkalise and drink lots of water

Most likely your mother is having urinary tract infection.Get her urine analysis done to check.She may need antibiotics , painkillers and urinary alkaliniser.Ask her to drink lots of water.
